The ideal candidate will have direct sales and sales training experience in the healthcare/software/technology industry. The Sales Trainer will require significant multi-tasking and willingness to take on various training and sales support responsibilities as assigned. There will be ample and exciting opportunities to grow with the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create training materials and design effective curriculum to speed the productivity of new sales hires. Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Sales Support subject matter experts to schedule and execute training sessions. Investigate and utilize new technology to deliver training in more efficient ways; remotely via web delivery/webex, ongoing computer-based self-training modules (CBT), etc… Incorporate training into quarterly and annual corporate events; sales meetings, company-wide meetings, etc… Work with client Training resources to leverage training materials across departments, including incorporation into programs for all new hires, client training classes, etc… | ||||
